Innoslate Enterprise 4.14 Release Notes

Below is an outline of the changes made to Innoslate Enterprise since the release of Innoslate Enterprise 4.13.0.1 (3/6/2026).

New Features:

• Added: Basic Document Output Report can now generate a Table of Contents
• Added: Embedded attachments can now be added directly into the Rich Text editor
• Added: Embedded Links to other Documents will now be included in the Basic Document Output Report
• Added: Default Document templates can now be added to the organization level from the Admin Dashboard
• Added: Two-Factor Authentication can now be required for all users via an option in the settings.properties file
• Added: Baseline to Baseline Reports have been added to Documents View
• Added: Quick save has been added to Charts
• Added: Quick save has been added to Diagrams
• Added: Quick save has been added to Entity View
• Added: Quick save has been added to Presentation View
• Added: Quick save has been added to the Schema Dashboard
• Added: Quick save has been added to the Traceability Matrix
• Added: Baselines can now be referenced directly and displayed as widgets on Project and Manage Document Dashboards
• Added: Projects may now be pinned to the top of the Switch Projects dropdown

Enhancements:

• Improved: Clicking Enter will create the Artifact in the Matrix Artifact Export modal
• Improved: Contact support can be toggled in the Organization Preferences modal
• Improved: Hierarchy Diagram has better deserialization and has the ability to turn off auto-redraw
• Improved: AI Image backend updated to support new GPT Image models
• Improved: Document Search will now include metadata and attributes in columns
• Improved: History can now inspect the metadata of files
• Improved: History modal has the option to render HTML changes
• Improved: Tooltips have been added to Embedded and Acronym links
• Improved: The Admin Dashboard user report now contains the users’ emails
• Improved: Baselines can now be cleaned and removed from a project when a Document or Test Suite artifact has already been deleted
