Innoslate Cloud 4.14.0.0 Release Notes (4/10/2026)

Below is an outline of the changes made to Innoslate Cloud which occurred after the release of Innoslate  Cloud 4.13.0.1 (3/6/2026).

New Features:

• Added: Basic Document Output Report can now generate a Table of Contents

   

• Added: Embedded attachments can now be added directly into the Rich Text editor

   

• Added: Embedded Links to other Documents will now be included in the Basic Document Output Report

   

• Added: Default Document templates can now be added to the organization level from the Admin Dashboard

   

• Added: 2-Factor Authentication can now be required for all users via an option in the settings.properties file.

Enhancements:

• Improved: Clicking Enter will create the Artifact in the Matrix Artifact Export modal

   

• Improved: Contact support can be toggled in the Organization Preferences modal

   

• Improved: Hierarchy Diagram has better deserialization and has the ability to turn off auto-redraw

   

• Improved: AI Image backend updated to support new GPT Image models

   

• Improved: Document Search will now include metadata and attributes in columns

   

• Improved: History can now inspect the metadata of files

   

• Improved: History modal has the option to render HTML changes

• Fixed: Download button will be correctly hidden from Viewers

   

• Fixed: Edges will be correctly selected when searching in Diagrams

   

• Fixed: Quality Checker will better identify parts of speech

   

• Fixed: Branch or copying projects will correctly create the images based on what mode is being displayed

   

• Fixed: My Projects Widget and Project Using Schema Widget will correctly display available projects
