Signing Up
To take advantage of Innoslate's features, you will need to create an account with a valid email address. To begin setting up your new Innoslate account, simply follow these steps:
1. On any device, using a modern browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari), navigate to Innoslate Cloud at cloud.innoslate.com and click ‘Create an Account‘ in the lower left corner to get started.
Please be aware of the specific URLs for different environments:
▪Cloud: https://cloud.innoslate.com/
▪GovCloud: https://gov.innoslate.com/
▪Enterprise: http://localhost:8080/
2. You will be taken to the Innoslate ‘Sign Up’ page. Here you will enter a valid email address in the the 'Email address field', review and agree to the End-User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, then click on the ‘Sign Up’ button just below the input field.
If you would like to exit this page, you can simply click on the 'Back to Sign In' link.
If you need further assistance, you may click on the 'Need Help' link to be directed to this page.
4. Click the activation link in the email to create the account. The link will navigate you to the ‘Activate your Account’ screen (shown below), where you will be asked to 'Pick a username', input your 'First name', and 'Last Name', indicate if you are using Innoslate ‘Sandbox (Free Account)’ or are a ‘Paid User’, and create (and confirm) your new Innoslate 'account password'. Please note, we ask that you provide us with your first and last name and paid status for Cloud support purposes.
If you would like to exit this page, you can simply click on the 'Back to Sign In' link.
If you need further assistance, you may click on the 'Need Help' link.
5. Once you’ve entered your information, click the ‘Activate Account’ button to be automatically signed into Innoslate and be redirected to an Organization Dashboard where you will be able to begin creating new projects.
Reminder:
It is important to keep the following considerations in mind based on your specific environment:
- For users of Innoslate GovCloud, it is crucial to be aware that the email system is disabled in this environment to prioritize security. If you require the activation link or password reset link for your Innoslate GovCloud account, please reach out to Innoslate Support for your account's appropriate link. After your account is activated, you'll want to gain access to your organization by receiving the URL to your organization's dashboard from your Admin.
- For users of Innoslate Enterprise, the exact URL to access your specific Innoslate environment can be provided by your system admin. If your email system is not yet configured in your Innoslate Enterprise environment, your system administrator can retrieve your activation link from the Support Dashboard.
Signing In
In order to access your Innoslate Organizations and Projects, you will need to log in to Innoslate. To log into Innoslate Cloud, you may navigate directly to it here, where you will be asked to input your ‘Username or email address’ and ‘Password’ associated with your Innoslate Cloud account. Then click the ‘Sign In’ button.
NOTES:
- If you have successfully activated your account and entered the correct information, you will be directed to your Organization Dashboard.
- If you are having trouble signing in, or if you have forgotten your password, you can Reset Your Password.
- If you do not have a current Innoslate Cloud account, you can Sign Up for free.
- For users of Innoslate GovCloud, you can sign in here.
- For users of Innoslate Enterprise, the exact URL can be provided by your system admin.
