Learn how to configure Organization-wide Banner configurations as Admins
The Banner Configuration in Organization Preferences provides organization admins with the ability to set default banners for all projects within their organization. This feature ensures consistent visibility of classification or custom information across projects, enhancing compliance, alignment, and labeling standards.
This feature offers both predefined banner templates, such as “Unclassified,” “Confidential,” “Secret,” “Top Secret,” and “Top Secret/SCI,” as well as options to create fully customized banners. Administrators can modify text, colors, and sizes, or enable/disable the top and bottom banners to align with their organization’s needs.
In the following sections, we’ll provide a detailed step-by-step guide on how to configure and apply banners to your organization’s projects.

Navigate to the Admin Dashboard, choose the organization of focus, and click the [Organization]'s Preferences button. This will open the Preferences modal.
