Innoslate Enterprise 4.13.0.1 Release Notes (3/6/2026)

Below is an outline of the changes made to Innoslate Enterprise since the release of Innoslate Enterprise 4.12.3.0 (1/9/2026).

New Features:

  • Added: Admin Dashboard has new reports: Login Activity, Teams Report & Users Report 

  • Added: Local LLM AI options have been added to Organization preferences on Admin Dashboard

Enhancements:

  • Improved: Improved: Searching for an entity with an attribute Id will show better error messages

  • Improved: Entity Table Report has a new option to force a siblings consistency check

  • Improved: Presentation Background Modal has been reworked

  • Improved: Updated to Font Awesome 7

  • Improved: Project sharing on Demo and Academic organizations will be limited to 10 requests per hour  

  • Improved: Can now whitelist multiple origins

  • Improved: DEFAULT_ORGANIZATION_SLUG has been split into DEFAULT_ORGANIZATION_SLUG and DEMO_ORGANIZATION_SLUG

  • Improved: DEFAULT_ROLE can now be used to change the role that a new user will be assigned to in the default organization

  • Improved: DEFAULT_TEAM can now be used to add a new user to a team on the default organization

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed: Branch project names no longer truncate after a ‘#’ or ‘&’

  • Fixed: Risk and Test Case AI generator correctly re-evaluate AI results when content is updated

  • Fixed: Removing an image from the ‘Images’ tab in Presentation View will no longer throw a warning in the console

  • Fixed: The Cleaning Dashboard’s user search will correctly reset when closed

  • Fixed: Process Checklist’s links will correctly route to Help Center

  • Fixed: JSON Import will correctly bring in saved queries columns with relationships and relationships attributes

  • Fixed: Comment saving has been updated to prevent XSS attacks

  • Fixed: Forgot Password and Sign Up will show more consistent messaging

  • Fixed: Projects where custom Document Templates have not yet been created will no longer throw an error

  • Fixed: Redactor AI Text Tools will correctly work

  • Fixed: User Activity Dashboard will correctly work when entities with Entity Notation are present

  • Fixed: Modals now trap focus and tabbing will work correctly within modals

  • Fixed: Project viewers can correctly no longer download reports

  • Fixed: DoDAF OV-3 Entity Table Report will correct generate

  • Fixed: OAUTH emails are always lowercase

  • Fixed: Reset Test Cycle will work more efficiently

  • Fixed: Refreshing a Document image without making a change will work correctly

  • Fixed: Adding and removing users in teams works for all valid cases

  • Fixed: Resetting password in the Support Dashboard works correctly without mail enabled

  • Fixed: I/O and Resource lines deserialize correctly

  • Fixed: Hierarchy Diagram renders faster

  • Fixed: UI issues in the ICD Diagram Parent Asset modal have been fixed

Security:

  • Updated: Encryption methods are more explicitly written

  • Updated: Various npm dependencies updated to patch vulnerabilities

  • Updated: Updated HTTP Headers for improved security
