Sopatra's Entities By Procedure Type widget provides a color-coded doughnut chart that automatically presents the ratio of each entity by Procedure present in the current project.

Entities by Procedure Type

The ‘Entities By Procedure Type’ widget provides a color-coded doughnut chart that automatically presents the ratio of each entity by Procedure present in the current project. Hovering over the section of the chart associated with a Procedure’s Type attribute displays a tooltip with the number of entities in this category as well as the exact percentage of the total Procedures in the project.

Entities by e-PRL Label

The ‘Entities By e-PRL Label’ widget provides a color-coded doughnut/pie chart that represents labels that are selected manually. When selecting the labels, it is important to emphasize the detail in which labels are being selected. This widget allows users to keep track of the count of label entities, allowing for more usability of Sopatra in e-PRL (extended procedure representation language)  research.
