Toggle Add Signature
The 'Add Signature' toggle allows you to activate the e-signature feature while creating a new baseline or test cycle. When the toggle is enabled, users can select their preferred signature method—either drawing or generating a signature. This step ensures that the baseline/test cycle includes a signed record, adding a layer of authentication and approval to the document.

Draw Signature
The 'Draw Signature' feature provides an interactive way for users to create a personal signature directly in the system. Simply use your mouse, stylus, or touchscreen to draw your signature in the designated area. This option is ideal for those who prefer a more personalized and handwritten touch. Once your signature is complete, it will be linked to the baseline/test cycle snapshot for future reference.

Generate Signature
For a professional font and consistent signature style, use the 'Generate Signature' feature. This option automatically creates a digital signature based on your name, entered in the text field. The generated signature ensures a clean and polished appearance, making it suitable for formal document approval processes. After generating the signature, it will be securely embedded into the baseline/test cycle record.

Clear Signature
The 'Clear' button allows users to reset their signature entry. Whether you’ve drawn or generated a signature, clicking this button will remove the existing input, enabling you to redo your signature before finalizing the baseline/test cycle.
