    Compilation Features

The Compilation View includes a range of features that support project management, organization, and analysis. Some of the features include:

    1. Baselining: A baselining capability is integrated into the Compilation View, allowing you to track changes, visualize differences since the last baseline, and access previous baselined versions.

    2. Quality Check: Innoslate enables analysis by automatically generating quality scores for each entity. This feature checks your entities against different quality parameters to provide a quick and efficient way to identify potential issues.

    3. Auto Numbering: Innoslate offers an Auto Number feature for entities in the Compilation View. This feature establishes a hierarchical order for entities and their children, assigning sibling numbers starting from 1.

The features mentioned above are only a few of the standard features available. Any entity property that applies to the classes on Innoslate are available on the Compilation View.

    Export Report Options

Innoslate offers several export report options, each catering to different needs of your project. These versatile options ensure your data is presented in the most useful and accessible format, facilitating effective communication and analysis.

    • Basic Document Output (DOCX): This export option allows you to download a Word document (.docx) version of your project data. This can be beneficial when you need to share information with stakeholders who may not have access to Innoslate, or when you need to edit or format the data in a word processor.
    • Basic Tabular Output (CSV): If you need a simple, structured view of your data, the Basic Tabular Output provides a .csv file with all the entities in your database. This format can be easily imported into any spreadsheet software, like Excel, for further analysis or manipulation.
    • Comment Report (XLSX): The Comment Report export option generates an Excel (.xlsx) file of all user comments from the selected entities. This is a valuable tool when you want to review, track, or archive the conversations and decisions that have taken place during the course of a project.
    • Compilation Report (XML): For a more comprehensive, machine-readable output, choose the Compilation Report. This provides a .xml file of your database, allowing for easy data interchange between software applications.
    • Compilation ZIP Export (INNO): For a full output of the database, including files and images, choose the Compilation ZIP Export. This generates an Innoslate file (.inno) which can be imported into any other Innoslate project, preserving all of the relationships and attributes from the original data.
